Medication Reminders
It can be difficult to remember to take your medication on time, or it may be hard to open your pill containers. We provide call services at medication time to help you take your medication, so you never forget.
We cannot administer medications, however we can help ensure that medications are taken as prescribed. We can assist with opening medication containers, reading labels and issuing reminders when it is time to take a dose.
We can also coordinate renewal and delivery of prescriptions to ensure medications do not run out.

Flexibility and Mobility
Mobility is the key to longevity. Serenity Home Care Alberta will assist clients as needed with mobility to help them maintain as active a lifestyle as possible. Being able to get out offers both physical and mental health benefits to seniors. The physical health benefits of activity include increased stamina and energy, a strengthened heart, lower blood pressure and improved digestion and sleep. In addition, activity improves mood, releases stress and increases mental alertness.
Our Caregivers will assist in range of motion, exercise programs and walks all while ensuring client safety. It is important to help maintain independence for seniors to reduce the risk of falls and to help maintain healthy muscles, joints and bones.
